Harald Weidinger:
After a
classic apprenticeship as a chef, Harald Weidinger worked in Switzerland for a number of years including in Ascona and Davos. He then moved back to the Nuremburg region, where he comes from, where he
ran his own restaurant for 10 years.
Now you can experience Harald Weidinger's delights here in Oberstaufen – either as a hotel guest or with the
