Information about the Kristall SPA

A place of tranquility
Please keep all noise levels to a minimum and turn off all mobile phones. Parents with children are asked to be considerate of other guests.

Time on your own
Put aside some time before your appointment to enjoy the pool and saunas to help your body, mind and soul prepare for the treatment.

Showers
A warm shower before a massage helps you to relax and remove any dry skin. It is the ideal preparation for your skin before the high quality lotions and oils are applied.

Relaxation
Close your eyes and focus on your senses. Breathe slowly and deeply, allowing stress and tension to disappear. Enjoy time reserved especially for you!

Clothing

• Bathrobes, towels for the spa and hotel slippers can be found in your hotel room.
• Please wear swim wear in the swimming pool. No clothing is permitted in the sauna area.
• Before a massage we ask that you wear only your bath gown and underwear. We also provide disposable underwear if required. During the massage you will be well covered for your comfort and privacy.
• Exception: for Shiatsu please come in loose, comfortable clothing.

Appointments
Appointments for the Kristall Spa can be made directly by calling 49 (0)8386/911-155 or by email to kristallspa@bergkristall.de. We recommend that hotel guests book their appointments before their arrival. The travel butler can also be used for this purpose.

If you are unable to make an appointment please tell us at least 24 hours in advance. Please note that appointments cancelled within 24 hours will still be charged at the full rate.

Consultations
Communication is vital for all treatments which are adapted to suit your individual needs. This is why we ask you what is particularly important for you before each treatment. Don't be afraid to tell us immediately if you feel uncomfortable or have special requests during the session.

Drinks and snacks
Help yourself to the various teas, spring water, apples and dried fruit at the wellness bar. Other refreshments are available from the hotel restaurant but we ask that you only consume these at the wellness bar or on the sunbathing lawn outside.

Opening times
We’ve established our opening hours based on long years of experience. However, we can happily turn the sauna of your choice on any time you like!

Payment
Treatments can be paid for in cash or by credit card at the hotel reception. Hotel guests can have their treatments added to the hotel bill.

Gift vouchers
All offers at the Kristall Spa are also available as a gift voucher. Please contact reception to find out more.

Validity
The publication of the new Kristall Spa price list makes all previous offers null and void. We reserve the right to make changes and to refuse to honor offers based on printing errors.

Theft/liability
We do not assume liability for items lost, stolen or damaged. Please do not leave valuables on view or unattended in public areas.
