Reductions/Bonuses
Gift vouchers, free nights, free massages included in packages as well as reduced price packages are only valid with our written confirmation. Please note that only one bonus (free night for your birthday, anniversary, etc.) can be redeemed per visit.

Validity
The publication of a new price list nullifies all previous prices. We reserve the right to make changes and to refuse offers based on printing errors.

Hotel Prices / Price Guarantee
We guarantee that each of our guests receives the same excellent service for the same price.

Dogs
Dogs are only allowed in the rooms on previous approval. Please be advised that dogs are not allowed in our restaurant, the lounge area, the Kristall Spa, or in the outdoor relaxation area. You may bring them to the Bergstüble bar and the terrace in the afternoon. Please bring your own dog basket or blanket. We charge an extra 10 Euro per day, per animal.

Children / Additional Beds
Children up to 3 years of age stay free. Children aged 4 to 9 can stay in the same room as two full paying adults at a discount of 60% of the package rate. Children aged 10-14 receive a 40% discount, and children 15 years of age and older a 25% discount.

Short Stays
Stays of 3 nights or fewer can only be booked at short notice.

Elevator
Please note that the "Hochgrat" building does not have an elevator.

Cancellation
Cancellation more than 4 weeks before your arrival is free of charge. In the event of reservation cancellation or if you shorten your stay and have booked a room with breakfast, we will bill 80% of the complete reservation. For rooms booked with the gourmet board or Montignac meals, we will book 60% of the room price. We strongly recommend travel cancellation insurance. We will be happy to send you a form per mail or you can purchase travel cancellation insurance online at www.hotelstorno.de - it's best to be on the safe side!

Room Categories
For stays of 4 nights or more it is possible to reserve a certain room category for you, but not a specific room and/or floor.
