Guinea fowl breast with king prawns, veal involtini with ratatouille, loup de mer with chorizo. Such delicacies are not unusual for our gourmet board. Be inspired by our gourmet cuisine and trust our head chef Harald Weidinger, who will take you on exciting journeys into the culinary world.

"Half board deluxe"

You will be spoiled with a 5 course gourmet menu for dinner, where you will be able to choose between meat, fish and vegetarian dishes. An extensive breakfast buffet awaits you in the mornings. You can help yourself to the wellness buffet at lunchtime if you fancy. Homemade cakes by senior partner Hedi, along with coffee, tea and fruit are included in the gourmet board. You will see that our gourmet board is more than just half board.

Feast à la carte at the Bergstüble

In the cosy spruce lounge of our panoramic hotel restaurant, the so-called Bergstüble, we will spoil you à la carte. As a hotel guest €16 will be credited to your gourmet board. With prior table reservation "non hotel guests" may also enjoy the delicious meals from the Bergkristall kitchen, daily from 6.30pm.
