Fireside chats with our experts
Health issues and a healthy lifestyle are the focus of the fireside conversations in the Bergkristall. Sometimes we deal with fasting according to Schroth, sometimes with the BEIWEI concept, sometimes our Ayurveda expert Keerthi informs us how our own way of life can be changed positively, sometimes the conversation revolves around the GLYX principle according to Michel Montignac or around the topics relaxation and wellness.
Several times a week we invite our guests to these fireside chats. Participation is free of charge. However, we ask you to register for the fireside chat in our activity book, which is available in the Bergkristall Atrium.
Healthy room climate
With us you will find a healthy room climate – not only the pure mountain air in the climatic health resort Oberstaufen contributes to this. We use the symbioceuticals "harmonizer technology". Using vibrations and frequencies, it neutralizes negative effects that modern technology can generate through electromagnetic fields, for example electrosmog through mobile telecommunication. Harmonizer technology also optimizes water quality and reduces particulate matter in the air we breathe.
