Ayurveda means "the knowledge of life" (Ayus - life; Veda - knowledge) and is considered to be the oldest holistic healing art of mankind. Ayurveda has its roots in India, but we always apply the Ayurvedic principles of the elements and the Dosha teachings around the three types Vata, Pitta and Kapha in the context of the people around us.
