At Bergkristall, you can choose between day spa offers that already include various massages, packs or cosmetic treatments. Or you can choose the "Wish fulfiller" offer, in which you can put together your own persoanl day spa program as you wish it. To do this, you must book at least one treatment in addition to the "Personal Day Spa".

Day Spa included services & bookable pleasures
The following services are included in the Day Spa:
- Use of the Kristall SPA including our highlight: the infinity sports pool and indoor pool with relaxation rooms and sun deck as well as the "NAGELFLUH" sauna area with event lodge sauna, the Finnish panorama sauna, the "light" organic sauna, the "salty mild" brine steam bath, our "feel-good warmth chambers" - the infrared cabins and Kneipp pools, outdoor living room with wellness relaxation beds, use of the panorama fitness room with high-quality Technogym equipment.
Opening hours & information about the pools & saunas - Bergkristall gourmet breakfast (from 9:00 to 11:00 am)
- Precious stome water, organic tea, coffee, nuts and fruit in the SPA Bistro
- Lunch buffet in the SPA Bistro from 12:00 to 4:30 pm with soup of the day, fresh bread and homemade spreads
- Spa basket for the duration of your stay with bathrobe, slippers and towel
Our tip: Round off your day of pampering in the 4-star Superior Hotel with a visit to our restaurant and dine à la carte in the evening or enjoy a gourmet dinner in the Bergkristall, e.g. with the "Day Spa Pleasure" offer (only available with prior table reservation).

About the Day Spa
- The day spa in the Resort Bergkristall in Oberstaufen is only available upon prior reservation and in combination with at least one treatment.
- Your pampering day in the Day Spa lasts from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm.
- On your day spa pampering day, please check in at the Bar in the Bergkristall Atrium, which is also our reception area. We will then accompany you to the breakfast buffet or to the Kristall SPA.
- Cancellation of day spa reservations: If you are unable to take advantage of your booked day in the spa, we kindly ask you to cancel your reservation at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise we will have to charge for the treatments unless we can reschedule the alotted time. We appreciate your understanding.
- Unused services from an offer cannot be refunded.
