You don’t really need a programme on holiday. But we offer one anyway. A flexible group programme on six days a week. So you can try something new or deepen your practice. At Bergkristall, there’s no need to commit. Our programme simply runs alongside, at your own pace. With everything that feels good for body and mind. And the best part? You do exactly what you feel like doing. What will it be today?

When was the last time you really took time for yourself? Truly and consciously, we mean. At the Bergkristall wellness hotel, that’s exactly what it’s about. Movement, rest, good food, new thoughts. Sometimes more active, sometimes more restorative within our weekly programme. Outdoors in nature, in yoga, in fitness classes or at the Kristall Spa. You don’t have to achieve anything, but you can take a lot with you. And often, it only takes a few days to remember what truly does you good.

Strength and clarity for everyday life. Yes, we all need that. Fitness and yoga give you both. They strengthen, relax and bring mental balance. Train on machines or freely in our two-level fitness studio. Or join our yoga classes, in the morning or in the evening. Our insider tip: on sunny days, practice outside on the platform. The mountains give you an extra boost of energy.

Not on your own, but with a plan. It always helps to have someone by your side. Our fitness coaches show you what your body really needs: exercises, adjustments, the right technique. And suddenly, your training feels different. More effective. Real results. In the studio and out in the Allgäu nature. And yes, that inner voice holding you back? We send it to the farthest corner of the Allgäu. Because you’ve just made a great decision for your future.
