The Bergkristall has a magical attraction. All we have to do is follow the delicious aromas coming from the kitchen. If we are to believe the foodies, our cuisine is Alpine-Mediterranean with a French twist. With regional food, unadulterated and exquisite in taste. Light or hearty specialities. You would probably need to stay 14 days if you wanted to sample all our top dishes. We have nothing against that!
Morning has a very special power in the Allgäu. When you experience the early morning in the mountains you start the day with a good feeling. And when you also enjoy this gourmet breakfast, you don't need much more. Delicious egg dishes, just as you like them, homemade muesli or our seasonal bowls. The finest selection of cheese and sausages, vegan spreads and homemade jams, vegetables and fruit, juices from our juice bar and outstanding coffee. A glass of sparkling wine on top. That’s how we celebrate you!
BREAKFAST BUFFET FROM 7.30 TO 11 AM
Lunchtime is live-cooking time! Our Bergkristall chefs lovingly prepare a fresh lunch dish. Served with a fine soup and a salad, light but tasty. Typical Allgäu cuisine with specialities from the region.
LUNCH BUFFET FROM 12.30 TO 2.00 PM.
Our homemade cakes are always a delicious afternoon treat. Sometimes they are made following Hedi’s secret recipes. And when you eat them in the Bergkristall Atrium with stunning mountain views, they taste twice as good. Small moments like these are what sweeten our day. A good cappuccino or cup of tea in the lounge or on our sun terrace and all is well!
AFTERNOON BREAK FROM 2 TO 5.
It’s a joy to experience every day in the Bergkristall with all our senses. When the chef, the sommelier and their teams bring up to six courses of pure enjoyment with matching wines to your table. And you can enjoy our fine Bergkristall cuisine with a sundowner and panoramic view in a cosy atmosphere.
EVENING DINING À LA CARTE FROM 6.30 TO 8.30 PM
One thing you don't have to worry about at the Bergkristall is running out of wine. Over 450 types of wine from the best regions can be found in our in-house wine cellar. Our sommelier will share his love of wine and, if you wish, help you to select the right wine for you and the meal. We can also deliver a bottle for you to enjoy in your room or suite. Every now and then we get together to taste fine wines in natural surroundings in our Wine in the Woods event. Here's to you!

When you come to the Bergkristall for the first time, you instantly see the heart of our hotel out of the corner of your eye. In the light-flooded Atrium with floor-to-ceiling windows, the mountains seem within touching distance. Right in the middle is our Hansi Bar where we conjure up special cocktails, cool drinks and put a smile on everyone's face. A place for meeting people, togetherness and enjoying life. The perfect end to the day!
