With views like these, it’s no surprise our guests keep coming back. Bergkristall is a family-run business in its third generation. And we count our team as part of that family. Together, we run the hotel the way we would want to experience a holiday ourselves.

This is something we’re truly proud of: our team is part of our family. Over 150 people. And every single one shapes who we are. We work in a place that simply feels good. Surrounded by nature. And with a genuinely great team spirit. Yes, you’ll notice quickly that our employees love working here. And we do quite a lot to make sure it stays that way!
Why do we call it the atrium? Because it truly sits at the heart of Bergkristall. You step inside, and there it is. Especially that view stretching far into the distance. Framed by floor-to-ceiling windows. This is where you’ll find the best sundowners. And where you could easily linger for hours. In the café, at the bar or in the lounge. Either way: by far one of our favourite places in the hotel.
At Bergkristall, we don’t just do food well, we do drinks just as well. Our Hansi Bar is no ordinary hotel bar. Here, the mountains are close enough to toast. It’s a place made for tasting: cocktails, beer and wine. And outside, our alpha stag Hansi might just be watching. Our team showcases the very best the bar has to offer, from signature cocktails to unique creations. A true pleasure!
