Our wish fulfiller

Genuinely giving pleasure to some else quite simply feels good. From the sunset picnic in our Alpine loungers to a marriage proposal in our forest cabin. Our reception team make your special moments possible. They will advise you and help you plan your Bergkristall Moment down to the last detail. Romantic surprises and unique experiences can be booked anywhere in the resort. These are unique moments for us, too, because we are delighted when our guests’ faces light up and we make their eyes shine.
