We cook the way we live: honest, light, with attention to detail. Rooted in Bavaria, shaped by France and united in craftsmanship. Food means a lot to us. We believe in good, fresh ingredients. They are the foundation of our cuisine. And they deliver full flavour! Sometimes refined, sometimes hearty - always with class. A little spoiler: to try everything, you might have to stay a bit longer. We certainly wouldn’t mind.
Good thoughts make for a good day. Good coffee does, too. And because every morning is a fresh start, we celebrate it properly. Savoury or sweet: with egg dishes - prepared just the way you like them. Homemade muesli, seasonal bowls, vegan spreads and our own jams. Fine cheeses and cold cuts, fresh fruit and vegetables. Our “juice bar” delivers vitamins and a ginger shot - wake you up. A glass of sparkling wine works just as well. It’s all about balance.

Your lunchtime is our front cooking time! At midday, we get started - and you can watch it live. It sizzles, it steams, it smells incredible. Every day a little different. All homemade - and yes, sometimes based on senior manager Hedi’s secret recipe. Our afternoon cakes are little pieces of happiness. Because there’s one thing we don’t need here: a guilty conscience. In the atrium with views of the Allgäu Alps, everything tastes twice as good. We’ve tested it ourselves. It has sweetened our day every single time. Add a good cappuccino or a cup of tea. In the lounge or out on the terrace with the sun on your face. And all is well.
CAKE O' CLOCK FROM 2 pm TO 5 pm.
As the sun sets behind the Nagelfluh range, the most delicious part of the evening begins: up to six courses make their way from our kitchen to your table. You decide how many. Our service team accompanies you — with wines or bubbles. Alcoholic or non-alcoholic. From here on, it’s simple: lean back. Take in the panorama. And let every bite melt on your tongue. Mindfully.

No worries. We’ll never run out of wine. Around 450 labels from top regions rest in our vinotheque. Our sommelier listens carefully and finds your perfect match - for our gourmet cuisine in the Allgäu, for the moment, for you. If you wish, the bottle can join you: in your room, your suite or even back home. And sometimes, we change locations altogether and serve our finest drops at “Wine in the Woods”. Cheers!
