Our 3,700 m² wellness paradise is a special power place. A personal retreat for body, mind and soul. Where you find the time and space to consciously discover what makes you feel good. Whether in the warm water of the infinity pool, the bubbling infinity whirlpool, or while diving into the natural pond, the Allgäu region ist reflectet in the water, and you can simply drift away. In our spacious sauna area, even our stag Hansi likes to show off his best side in front of the panoramic window. Or simply switch to another favourite spot. In our wellness areas you often have the feeling of being completely alone, so it is full of cosy niches and quiet zones. A place of relaxation where you can feel the uniqueness of the Bergkristall.

A great feeling spreads through our hearts when we swim in the warm outdoor pool. Our mountain panorama opens up before you and the Allgäu Nagelfluh chain seems close enough to touch. Dive into our outdoor infinity pool with 10x20 meters, massage bubble loungers and waterfall. The 14-metre-long indoor sports pool offers from the end of September 2025 the ideal conditions for active swimming with a magnificent view of the Allgäu Alps, while the pleasantly warm 33-degree relaxation pool invites you to relax. The cozy chill cocoon and the snug cuddle niches invite you to linger with their pleasant comfort.

Nagelfluh sauna complex

In our Nagelfluh sauna you can relax at the same level as our deer. The sauna is named after the divine primary rock of our Alpine chain. Here you can sweat out your everyday life in the bio sauna, our panorama sauna or event sauna. An unforgettable experience with infusions from sauna masters and our ally Hansi. Brine steam bath, infrared cabins, ice fountain and Kneipp pool complete our first-class wellness offer. After a swim, you can relax in the outdoor living room with loungers and covered panoramic whirlpool or jump into the refreshing plunge pool with natural pond.

Quiet zones

Is anyone there? It’s a good idea to whisper when you step into our quiet zones. Indoors and outdoors in our pool and sauna areas, you will find personal quiet zones inside and outside where you can retreat and relax. They are oases of calm, where you can relax in peace. Outside, the breeze whispers softly, and inside the water trickles from our Nagelfluh fountain. Whether it’s the cosy niches, hanging chairs, zero-gravity recliners or the idyllic garden with sunbathing lawn – the main thing is that you feel safe and relaxed in your favourite spot.
