Hiking in Oberstaufen

Being in the moment

Hiking is how we show our love for the mountains. Directly from the hotel, we will lead you along unspoilt paths to traditional mountain huts and glorious summits. As you walk, your mind gradually stops whirring and you have the time and leisure to really be conscious of your natural surroundings. 300 kilometres of hiking trails in the Nagelfluhkette Nature Park and the foothills of the Alps – get lost and find yourself along the way!

Walking tours

Enjoy nature with all your heart: moors, gorges, forests, animals, plants and rolling green hills at the foot of our favourite mountain, the Hochgrat. Head straight out from the hotel, up the Kapf, our guardian mountain, or over to the other side of the Weissach valley. Other hiking areas around the Alpsee, the Starzlachklamm and Breitachklamm are within easy driving distance.
