Dream location surrounded by nature, and Oberstaufen is easily reachable with a short walk. Wonderful and helpful staff – simply a place to feel at ease! I’ll be back, but next time with my husband, because it would be a shame if he didn’t get to enjoy a break here as well.

The hotel is wonderfully thought out down to the smallest detail and impeccably maintained. A place to truly feel at ease — almost a place of longing. We will definitely return. Incredibly many fantastic, well-trained and attentive staff members. A wonderful team in every area of the hotel. … Since the weather was very bad, we made extensive use of the wellness area. We also enjoyed the many included activities — from meditation and yoga to small excursions. All of this being included in the price really impressed us.

We’ve already stayed at the Bergkristall for the fifth time and remain fully convinced. The entire concept — from the family-run management and wellness offerings to the cuisine, architecture, and location — works beautifully. The atmosphere is always warm and welcoming, making you feel at home at all times. The Nature Suites are wonderfully designed and radiate tranquility. The recent resort expansion blends seamlessly into the architecture and complements the concept in every way — you can tell that guests’ wishes have been heard and implemented with style. In my opinion, the culinary experience has become even better. We’ll definitely be back to try out the new Lake Suites!
