- WE LOVE IT AND HAVE BECOME FANS If there were more stars, we would definitely give more. We are "repeat offenders" and were definitely not there for the last time, we have become real Bergkristall fans. Actually, you don't even know where to start and stop raving, everything is just so wonderful all around. From the very nice staff, to the outstanding ambience/panorama, super delicious food, great spa offer, etc. We have decided to go to the Bergkristall once a year and treat ourselves to this little break and this luxury. - HIGH WELL-BEING FACTOR !!! A great place. Everything is just right here. The Falcon Suite was a dream. Everything you need is there and an amazing view of the mountains. All employees were very friendly and accommodating. The wellness area leaves nothing to be desired. Taking in the mountains in the outdoor pool makes your heart beat faster. Then the great enclosure for the deer and goats. Everyone just feels good here. The food was very good too. Especially the breakfast - a dream.
